All call history available on Microsoft Teams admin center  GLOBAL ADMIN has access to this Call reports. To see all call information and data for a user, use the Call History tab on a user's profile page.

1.    TROUBLESHOOTING WITH NETWORK ASSESSMENT

The Microsoft Network Assessment Tool provides the ability to perform a simple test of network performance to determine how well the network would perform for a Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business Online call. The tool tests the connection to Microsoft Network Edge by streaming a set of packets to the nearest edge site and back for approximately 17 seconds for a configured number of iterations.  The tool reports:

àPacket loss

àJitter

àRound-trip latency

àReorder packet percentage

INSTALLATION PATH

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53885

The tool in installed in the “C:\Program Files\Microsoft Skype for Business Network Assessment Tool” directory. In the Usage.docx you can find more specific parameters to run the tool.

The tool is setting up a call (default configured 17seconds) and will display the status of the call.

Network connectivity

Run “NetworkAssessmentTool.exe /connectivitycheck” to test connectivity.

The installation also contains a “ResultsAnalyzer.exe”, with this tool you can analyze the report from the command line:

Skype for Business - Network Assessment Tool - Results Analyzer

Input file:           C:\Users\xhclvnagar\AppData\Local\Microsoft Skype for Business Network Assessment Tool\performance_results.tsv

Total rows skipped:   0

Total rows processed: 1

90th percentile values per metric:

Packet loss rate:     0.353356890459364%

RTT latency:          68

Jitter:               88.28901

Packet reorder ratio: 0%

If this is a Skype for Business Client machine connecting to the Microsoft network Edge:

Packet loss rate:     PASSED

RTT latency:          PASSED

Jitter:               FAILED

Packet reorder ratio: PASSED

If this is a network Edge connecting to the Microsoft network Edge:

Packet loss rate:     FAILED
